Senaji Anyanje is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public. He holds a Master of Laws in Information Technology and Telecommunications from the Open University of Tanzania; Master of Laws in Information Communication Technology from United Kingdom Telecommunication Academy; a Bachelor of Laws from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa; and a Post-Graduate diploma from the Kenya School of Law. His work encompasses dynamic and versatile legal practice, research, advisory and writing. In his professional and academic path, he has set out a dedicated experience in Data Privacy Law, Cyber Security Law, Employment and Labour Law, Intellectual Property Law, Social Media Law, Real Estate Law, Family Law, Commercial Law, Air & Space Law. He also has active experience in consultancy specializing in legislation, policy and regulation. On the ancillary aspects of legal practice, Anyanje remains active in academia, capacity building and training. He also acts pro bono for special interest groups (vulnerable and indigent).
